Can I Ask That Question? An Interview Question Quiz
Interviewers often ask "Is it legal to ask this question?" Nothing like a quiz to share on this topic.
Go here, for what is really a pretty simple quiz, in my opinion.
In my experience, however, interviewers manage to ask many illegal questions.
I think that the ADA area poses some of the most interesting issues in this regard, and this is the best website I have found on the topic.
Updated training for your supervisors on this topic can never hurt!

Sometimes the more you know the harder it is to answer a simple T/F question.
For example, in most states, if you were really concerned about suitability for a position requiring a high degree of trust and integrity (e.g., an auditor) it might be perfectly fine to ask about arrests for crimes of dishonesty or theft -- and act on the information.
Thinking the question might be intended to elicit knowledge of that nuanced view, I gave the less obvious answer, getting it wrong. Oh well.
