Gads! Another collection of state links!
Just sitting here poking around the corners of the web looking for low hanging fruit for my 50-state (and D.C.) research project.
What fun! (Yes, I must be losing it!)
Anyhow, I found another treasure trove of state law links (here's the other).
My gain is your gain. All I ask in return is that you come back to this Blawg, link to it, put it in your newsreader, and tell your friends about it.
(You can also donate to charity on behalf of my kids, who just finished their 30-hour fast, or even use the Amazon Honor System link at right to support this Blawg. Somebody did that the other day. Whoever you are, thanks.)
So the links, from Cornell's Legal Information Institute (LII), are
on a page entitled "Labor and Employment Laws of the Fifty States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico"
By the way, the simplicity of the LII home page linked above belies the depth of this collection. You just have to search or drill down, and you can find all kind of good stuff (from the perspective of serious legal research), including basic info (see "Alphabetical Listing of 'Law About' Topics") and primary sources.
