Greatest hits, YTD

Hey, wait, even though I don't have time to write anything new, maybe I can do like the record companies used to do with burned out artists -- put out a greatest hits volume.

Thanks to OneStat, I have the data on the top 7 posts for this year so far. Loyal readers have read them, but others may have joined us more recently and missed them.

Any suggestions as to how we can use the popularity of these particular posts for guidance in selecting topics and sources for future posts?

Contributors of useful analysis along these lines will win a free, signed copy of the upcoming book "George's Employment Blawg: The First Two Years"(if and when we publish it).

Here we go:

"EEOC prevails in disparate impact gender case involving physical strength test" (226 pageviews).

"Firing bloggers to protect company image: Part I -- the stories" (224)

"Disparate impact law, Part I – where it all began" (219)

"More on turnover reduction: profiling two companies’ efforts" (219)

"Interviewers cautioned about possible trade secret disclosure by interviewees" (181)

"Ready, Aim, FIRED: Blogging Employees In the Spotlight Again (a/k/a Firing Bloggers Part V)" (177)

"Excellent article on employee termination practices: read it if you ever fire employees!" (169)

This is a very nice site. I was out looking for "ask richard tretheway central air purification" and found your blog in the process.

Best of luck.
